Webpotli E Services Pvt. Ltd. provides software development services including but not limited to:

• Web Development: Custom websites, web applications, and e-commerce solutions.
• Mobile App Development: Native and cross-platform mobile applications.
• UI/UX Design: User interface and experience design services.
• Software Consulting: Technical consulting and solution architecture.
• Government Projects: Property tax management systems and government portal development.

As a client of Webpotli E Services Pvt. Ltd., you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Supply complete and accurate requirements for your project.
• Timely Feedback: Provide prompt feedback and approvals during development.
• Payment Terms: Pay invoices as per agreed terms and timeline.
• Content Responsibility: Ensure you have rights to all content and materials provided.
• Testing: Thoroughly test delivered software before acceptance.

Webpotli E Services Pvt. Ltd. agrees to:

• Professional Service: Deliver services with professional care and skill.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure delivered software meets agreed specifications.
• Timely Delivery: Complete projects within agreed timelines.
• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
• Technical Support: Provide post-launch support as agreed.

Payment terms will be specified in project proposals and typically include:

• Advance Payment: 30-50% advance to commence work.
• Milestone Payments: Payments tied to project milestones.
• Final Payment: Balance upon project completion and acceptance.
• Late Payment: 1.5% per month interest on overdue payments.

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients own all custom software developed specifically for them.

Company Rights: Webpotli E Services Pvt. Ltd. retains rights to pre-existing code, tools, and methodologies.

Third-Party Components: Rights to third-party components remain with their original owners.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project information, business strategies, and technical details.

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webpotli E Services Pvt. Ltd.'s liability for any claims arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid for services.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice.

Upon termination, client must pay for all completed work and Webpotli E Services Pvt. Ltd. will deliver all final work products.
